CANCELLATION POLICY
I truly value your time, and I ask that you please respect mine as well. As an independent stylist, last-minute cancellations greatly impact my small business. To help keep things fair for everyone, the following policy applies: • 48 hours' notice Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 25% of the scheduled service total. • 24 hours' notice Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows Will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
